Playlist Playground Terms of Service

1. Service scope

Playlist Playground is a Windows production tool that helps AI-music creators connect song briefs, result organization, audio saving and mastering, lyric subtitles, video editing, and One Touch production.

These terms apply to the web account, billing, desktop app, and related support channels.

2. Accounts and devices

• Provide accurate registration information and protect your account and approved devices.
• A first device may be registered under the current policy; an additional device may require approval.
• Do not share accounts, bypass access controls, or use another person's payment, work, or credentials.

3. Tiers and billing

Standard, Pro, and Studio features and monthly or annual prices appear on the pricing and checkout pages. Monthly-equivalent annual pricing is comparative; the checkout notice controls the actual charge.

Checkout is handled on a protected Latpeed page. The public Playlist Playground site does not store card numbers.

4. User content and rights

• You remain responsible for rights and permissions for briefs, lyrics, audio, images, and video you provide.
• Use only content you are authorized to process, save, and render.
• The service does not guarantee copyright ownership, commercial-use eligibility, or compliance with a third-party platform's policy.

5. Third-party services

ChatGPT, Suno, Latpeed, and other third-party accounts, fees, limits, rights, availability, and policies are governed by those providers. Their changes or outages may limit a related feature.

YouTube publishing is an optional pilot restricted to approved pilot participants. Existing production features do not require a YouTube connection. By connecting and using this feature, you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Playlist Playground policy limits pilot uploads to private, and the feature is not available to general users.

6. Prohibited use

• Bypassing security, device approval, or tier restrictions, or using another person's account or payment method
• Malware, automated abuse, excessive requests, or illegal and rights-infringing content
• Unauthorized copying or distribution of non-public implementation or access to another user's data or work

7. Changes, interruption, and data safety

Features may change or pause for safety, law, third-party changes, or product improvement. Material changes are announced when practical, and user work files are not intentionally deleted merely because of an outage or entitlement error.

8. Cancellation, refunds, and disputes

Cancellation and refunds follow the Cancellation & Refund Policy and the latest checkout notice. Mandatory consumer rights remain available.

We first try to resolve disputes by agreement; unresolved matters follow applicable law and procedures in the Republic of Korea.
